(A) Permissible Educational Uses

(B) Backend AI Analysis with Human Oversight

We utilize Artificial Intelligence models for data analysis, performance scoring, and generating personalized educational insights.  
  • Human Oversight: AI processing is conducted under human oversight. Because AI models may occasionally generate inaccurate or incomplete insights, outputs must be evaluated using human educational discretion.
 
  • No Unlawful Rights Transfer: Processing data through AI models does not transfer ownership of your personal content to third parties.

(C) Anonymisation, Aggregation, and Research

In accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Use, we may anonymize, aggregate, or de-identify student scores and learning metrics for research, educational analytics, curriculum planning, or public reporting.
