These websites(the “Websites”) are owned, operated, and maintained by Anweshana AI Pathshala Foundation (“Anweshana”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Section 8 non-profit company registered under the laws of India, having its registered office at 14D, Hansalaya Building, 15 Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Central Delhi – 110001, India.

By accessing, viewing, or using these Websites, you (“you” or “your”) accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Websites.

1. Purpose, Access, and Eligibility

  • Mission: These Websites provides access to information regarding Anweshana’s educational mission, AI-powered pedagogical tools, initiatives, and alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
 
  • Legal Capacity: You represent that you are of legal age and legally competent to form a binding contract. If you represent a school, department, educational institution, or legal entity, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
 
  • Accountability: If you create an account or credentials to access educational tools or student evaluation systems, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
 
  • Availability: Access may occasionally be interrupted or suspended without notice for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee continuous uptime.

2. Privacy, Data Protection, and AI Processing

  • Privacy Policy: The collection, storage, and processing of personal data—including student identity records, test scores, and educational profiles—are governed by our Privacy Policy. Review the entire Privacy policy .By using the Websites and/or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Websites in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Websites as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy.
  • Backend AI Analysis with Human Oversight: We utilize Artificial Intelligence models for data analysis, performance scoring, and generating personalized educational insights. AI analysis is conducted under human oversight. Because AI models may occasionally output inaccurate or incomplete insights, outputs should be evaluated with human educational discretion.
  • Consented Content: By submitting student profiles, scores, feedback, or records (“Consented Content”), you grant Anweshana a non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze such information solely to deliver and improve our educational services, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
  • Anonymisation, Aggregation, and De-identification: We may anonymize, aggregate, or de-identify student scores and learning metrics for research, educational analytics, or reporting. Anonymized data will not reveal student identities, personal names, or institution-specific confidential details.

3. Fees, Payments, and Limits

  • Service Fees: Browsing the Websites is free. Should Anweshana introduce paid features, subscriptions, or administrative service charges, applicable fees, billing terms, and payment schedules will be disclosed prior to purchase. Failure to complete required payments may result in the suspension or termination of paid features.

  • Usage Limits: To preserve platform integrity, Anweshana reserves the right to establish reasonable limits on usage, access requests, or API queries.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Scrapes Restrictions

  • Ownership and Licensing: All materials—including AI models, tools, frameworks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, software, and proprietary educational content—appearing on or accessible through these Websites are owned, controlled, or licensed by Anweshana AI Pathshala Foundation (“Anweshana”) and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Certain third-party content, including select illustrations, stock photography, graphics, and open-source or third-party components integrated into the Websites, remain the property of their respective owners and are used by Anweshana under license, fair use, or applicable open-source permissions.
 
  • Permissible Use: Materials are provided solely for personal, non-commercial, educational use. No rights, title, or interest in any software or content are transferred to you.
 
  • Prohibitions: You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content or software on this Websites

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • “As Is” Basis: The Websites and their contents are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory

10. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your agreement to these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Websites and requesting the closure of any active account.
  • By Anweshana: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access or account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Websites, or violate applicable laws. Provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Limitations of Liability, Data Anonymisation, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

11. Force Majeure

Anweshana shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, public health emergencies, fires, floods, power outages, internet/cloud hosting disruptions, labor disputes, civil unrest, or governmental restrictions. Performance under these Terms shall be deemed suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

12. LIMITED LIABILITY & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

No representation is made or warranty given as to the completeness or accuracy of the information presented on these Websites. Further, Anweshana does not take responsibility for any external websites linked on the Websites. These Websites may contain typographical errors, incomplete or out of date information. Anweshana reserves the right to make changes to the Content and information on these Websites, or update such information at any time without notice, but Anweshana makes no commitment to correct or update this information.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Websites shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India

14. Takedown Policy & Contact Queries
